Here in Oregon and Washington you have to chain all outside drives and one drag chain in Washington,2 drags in Oregon.After,you put them all on and take them off twice ,it starts to become a "workout".It makes it hard to ride bicycles on Saturday.

Point of order, but unless you have axle lockers, all the inter axle lock (power divider) does is distribute power evenly to both drive axles. The differentials in each axle are still open, so power will still go to the wheel on each axle with the least traction.
