I recently went through orientation at Navajo in Denver Colorado. 2 1/2 days of we believe in communication and you are our most valuable asset. Bull!! My very first load I was sent to guyton Oklahoma 25 degrees bunk heater didn't work and I picked up the truck from the shop in denver and was assured everything was up to snuff. Found out they gave me the wrong address and to make it even worse when I spoke the girl at the shipping office she told me Navajo knows it's the wrong address then the load number was not even in the system shipper had no record of it. Called 3 times in 45 minutes never got a hold of my 'm,didn't even get a reply until the next day after I had been back in their yard for 3 hours. Don't bother with Navajo they will make all kinds of promises and break them all!!
Navajo will screw you

Over reaction 101 - right here. Jeeez you're thin skinned. One load #### up and a broken bunk heater is all it takes for you to lose your mind!? Come on, everyone gets a load with wrong info, happens all the time.

That was just the tip of the iceberg. They also lied about where I would be running, asked me what I wanted before I even got on a bus 15 western or OTR.I Chose 15 western all the paperwork I signed stated this. First call I got from my assigned DM he straight up told me I would be going east and if they said go I should. I was not the only driver out of orientation that was lied to. Another driver was promised a dedicated route and was then told no that she would be assigned to OTR.

Truck was in the shop when I got a call to go check it out. Spoke to the mechanic that was doing pm on it and asked if bunk heater, defroster, heater, apu, and everything else was working and he showed me the sign off sheet with his initials and signature on it. Like I said in the first post they are liars from management down.Zack&Sethsdad and Love that jake brake Thank this.
