Sleeper berth design

We already have bunks that fold up, and many solo driver spec'd trucks have a bunk that folds down over the couch.

 

I don't know about this stuff but the models they used sure were pretty.......

 

More importantly can they make good sammiches ??

 

My truck has a full size bed that folds up and turns into a table area, so what did I miss?

 

You already have everything inside a big truck except showers or chemical toilet. Unless you put them in as well.

If you want a eyeful, check out American Eagle Custom Sleepers. Or the newest Volvos... the 780's? The large ones. You can get 4 people on a small table to play cards inside that sleeper if rigged for daytime layover.

As far as Im concerned the big Volvos or the FLD 120 series was a castle. I did love the Mack and Pete especially when everything is tight and sealed.

No, just before we left trucking they were buying or leasing new columbias rather that had tables with a place for 4. I don't think you will fit well with 250 pound beefs playing cards at that table but you can do it.

 

You big girl lovers would be in for a lawsuit.
