If Your Not a Current Driver or Recently Departed Then You Have Nothing to Comment On

I am not going to say much here. If anyone was a outlaw it be me. But by the same token Ive had it beaten out of me to be a total professional later in my years. I think Ive earned the right to talk where appropriate. No one can tell a collective forum community not to offer information good, bad, misleading or whatever here. 1st Amendment here Remember? Subject to Forum Rules and Moderation where necessary.

Take it easy. If you are inside the Company and feel the heat... there HAS to be a reason for it. Find the root problem and change it. I bet you will find it in the Culture mistreating drivers.....

You know, when someone is telling people not to post anything bad about a trucking company, that tells me that the poster is probably a company hack trying to make his job as a recruiter a little bit easier.

After 33 years in this business, with 16 of them as an owner/op, one thing I have found out is that you can't trust ANY trucking company out there further than you can throw them.

I know what being with a bottom feeder company is like. The smallish specialized carrier I drive for was recently purchased by one of the lowest of the low. It has been downhill ever since.

So Western Express specializing in giving people a second chance? Sounds like they just came up with another way to lure suckers into an unfriendly situation where the company has them by the you know whats.

It's a free forum and everyone is allowed to post what they want. Anyone who advocates that people shouldn't post negative comments should be banned!

What did you expect language like this to produce? Erm, you know what? You're right. who am I to complain about company A? Yeah, I drove for them, but that doesn't give me the right to speak my mind. Subservient in 3. 2. 1!

I haven't driven for anyone yet, so according to your logic, I shouldn't be here. We all have something to share. We bicker, we apologize, we laugh, haze and apologize again. One big dysfunctional family that will pull each other's ##### out of a fire at the risk of burning our own. Truth is truth. Get over it.
