    I think it involves a certain amount of money on hand something like at least 250K dollars ready to go to settle claims or repairs etc. That is why you see crash ads on tv from predatory lawyers ready to sue trucking companies becuase they will pay the suit settlement at 250K and bury the accident and move on themselves with cash rather than endure a insurance company's raising of rates and censure.

    So if you get a love tap from a big truck it's a 250K payout should you survive.
