    your only other option is to lawyer up and take it to court and have the court force them to re-instate you.

    That is where you won't win with fredex, fredex ground is a franchise operation, driver works for a contractor that must be incorporated, if fredex wants to disqualify you they tell your contractor, contractor has no choice but to fire you. You have no recourse because the contractors "customer" does not want you and the contractor has no other work for you. That said there are many team operations that are better than fredex, OD, Estes just to name two.

    thats the good thing about FedEx. they dont use the DAC report when hiring, and they dont report to it for accidents with drivers.
