Pine Cone truck stop in Johnsons Creek,Wisconsin. Excellent food in the restaurant, and in the convenient store. Fresh baked large cookies, bakery, food, and good coffee. Restaurant portions are massive, just like back home in Texas. I-94 exit 267. New truck wash across Hwy 26 and behind McDonalds.

 

Marcus Welby MD one out of a thousand will know what it means I'll bet you there's more than one or two truck drivers on this site but don't know what Marcus Welby is

 

A tv show starring Robert young as Marcus Welby a medical doctor, and a young James Brolin as his assistant

 

That was a good show. The casting was so typical of TV at the time. An old time movie star who wasn't getting much big screen work but appealed to older viewers, and a young handsome newcomer to attract young fans.

I especially liked their lovely nurse played by Elena Verdugo.
