    Firefighter,
    The money is in teaming with some companies. The premium freight and premier treatment with some companies, is reserved for teams. Teams bring more value at some companies, because they can move more freight in less time. As sad as this sounds, it is what it is.

    Can you make the kind of money your being told you can? yes you can, when teaming, on a dedicated account. Running solo has its limits on mileage and mileage is what your income is derived from.

    This is probably true if every manager from every shift was working 24/7. That's how they get away with that statistic.

    I made a decision to get out of trucking, Werner left a bad taste in my mouth, and take on a full
    Time firefighter/emt position. I still find myself dreaming about trucking ( not being in a dollar account!) sometimes, but I can't leave my job that I truly have a passion for. Plus it's hard to be away so much with a family. I want to thank everyone for their advice and everything.

    The company knows that Indiana has the worst Workers Comp laws in the nation for protecting injured workers and Indiana laws protect the company over the employee.!

    I was injured in October of this year and with legit injuries caused by an accident at work and the company's insurance company has denied me from the very start and I have had two attorneys after them both gave up and I just filed a Civil Rights Complaint regarding the way I have been treated by both parties. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!!!
