Were you doing it in the middle of the day?

 

High sierras intend to have 12 to 24 plus inches of snow on the entire spine pending Tuesday when that front arrives from Japan next week. This is the one that might dive deep into texas and kill our plants in the garden but we will see. But until that time we are enjoying the last of the tomatoes off the vine knowing that we have been given a extra two to four weeks march on what was left of summer. I predict there will be hell to pay once winter sets in so we are making ready for battle.

Staying mostly in the mid to upper 50's although we will hit the 60s next couple days. Upper 30's to 40's at night.

Nice and cool. Already used to it pretty much.

 

I was in Flag yesterday and it was 13!

 

LOL! Hey, at least it gets you out of the valley for a while.

 

You could always take a trip up to northern Dakota. I was up there last week when it wads minus 5 or better.Had a broken air line and by the time I reached Fargo a blown tire and one screaming out air...probably from the ice ai had to drive through. Never again am I going up there in the winter.
Ice had to have been 6" think in the truck stop in Watford City...I laughed to myself thinking it would be fun to do donuts. hey that's the country woman in me
