We tried them but went back to regular chains. Too much wear and tear, too much replacement cost as opposed to iron chains.
We run the Siskiyous, CA299, 32, and 36 quite a bit in the winter. Sometimes running on bare pavement is unavoidable and the light weight stuff just wouldn't hold up.
