I'm definitely a CT guy. I've driven tankers and doubles...but that's about the extent of my experience. Feel free to comment!
Maybe my next gig--94 tires!

You'll be alright. Heavy haul is the easiest job ever. Anybody can do it. It's just driving. And you get pretty flashing lights. Have fun.

Do you know why the spot became availeble?rabbiporkchop, not4hire and G13Tomcat Thank this.

Good friend of mine came to his current company with 13 axle experience. It was over 3 years before he even came close to a 19 axle job. Then his learning was playing push trk . with a straight bar. He has since moved up running lead trk on certain jobs.
Not saying you can't do it, but any company that would hire straight off the street with very limited knowledge of multi axle setup and heavy hauling.
I wouldn't want them hauling my million plus ld. With off the street drivers
Heck, I've owned my own 13 axle at one time. I wouldn't have a full clue to jump in and run a 19. Whole different ball game.. I would want to start as a swamper first, then work my way up in those units. But that's just merabbiporkchop, MJ1657, cnsper and 10 others Thank this. -
I wasn't sure how to address this without sounding arrogant but this is exactly right. You have years of 13 axle experience, I have thousands of miles with a 9 axle so does heavy hammer and others and I have a hard time imagining someone throwing us directly in a 19 axle, so I'm naturally curious.rabbiporkchop, Oxbow, not4hire and 8 others Thank this.
