I have a 2015 Cascadia & mine quits all the time. It has since it was brand new. Mine will just shut down, then immediately start right back up with the "welcome" crawl across the screen, then after about 3 or 4 seconds, the station will come back on.

Some vehicles, like M2s, have a timer on the radio set from the factory. This is a feature to prevent the driver from falling asleep.

Check the fuse in the back of the radio

I wouldn't think my issue is due to a timer. I might go a week without an issue, then again, it might happen 10 times in one day.
I understand a fuse could be loose, but I highly doubt that. If it was so loose that it would loose connection, after 2 1/2 years, it would have fallen out by now.... especially on some of the roads we have out here. Additionally, as I stated before, when my radio goes off, it immediately comes back on..... every time... immediately. If it was loose, it would not always come right back on. If the fuse was blown, the radio would never come on. -
They use the micro blade type fuses, hard to get to behind the glove box and with a snap on drip cover, after you remove some torx screws and pull out the box.
It's warranty time for the original poster, it is a common problem. Not sure if mine is even fixed. It bothers only when the air conditioning lamp is lit up. -
Had the same problem in a 2015 Columbia glider and it was the fuse behind the radio easy enough to pull out radio and look takes about one minute.
