    I saw the video with attached news lady commentary and laughed my butt off at her reactions. My guess is the driver got it on the trailer, forgot to secure it, then went on down the road and hit a bump.

    The wire is probably all jacked up ( insulation ) from where it hit the center barrier. Looked like that pick up was the one that lost it.
