What is a non chargeable

Two years experience was about to start looking for a local gig in Trenton jersey at a 4 way stop school bus can't make the turn check the mirrors nothing behind me back up to make room for bus bump a car that was on my trailers ### where I couldn't seek cop didn't ticket me accident report hasn't came in company said it's a nonchargeable accident may or may not be in my mvr first mark I have will This be on my mvr and how bad will it hurt me

 

I know what it says what was the other option I had school bus had started the turn and was stuck what was the right call !!

 

Cdl book also says never blind side how does that work out for ya

 

Plus was in Brooklyn had to back down a street in traffic so I could get loaded int the street everybody knows the things you have to do in the real world so the cdl book comment means ????

 

I was asking don't really care you know everything obviously you are another one of the perfect truckers I see flipped over or in a ditch everyday out here

 

I'm not trying to be smart you are correct probably should have not moved for the bus I was just wondering what I should have done in the situation and if it will show on my mvr is all my company wasn't overly concerned with it or the cop but I might not want to work here forever
