Just wanted to know what documents and other little points should be in the carrier package. I have to submit my package to some company but being the first time, I do not know what to include. Any help?

Are you submitting to a broker? If so, they should have guidelines for you. In general, what we include are:
- Cover sheet of our Company Credentials, which states
- our corporation name and year
- mailing and physical address
- phone and fax numbers
- email addresses
- EIN#, MC#, and DOT number
- Bank information
- Fleet size
- References
- Certificate(s) of Insurance
- Completed W9
Those are automatically sent to any broker with whom we're setting up a contract, in addition to their carrier packet forms.

I have it as a pdf bundle, shoot it from my laptop or smart phone as an email.

Exactly -- just name, city and state of our bank. Sorry, I probably should be been more specific there!
