Mack TC150 Transfer Case

I've picked up a mack TC150 transfer case to replace the severely rotted original spicer unit in my international paystar. The mack is a rebuilt transfer but didn't come with yokes. I got yokes for the top input and rear output no problem but am having trouble getting a yoke for the smaller front output (6 spline) shaft. Could anyone help me out with a part number? At this point I don't care what type of yoke it is, I've got a driveshaft jig and can replace the driveshaft yoke with whatever to match it. I've seen full round and wing type yokes in pics on Google search but can't seem to find a part number. The local mack dealers are no help at all...
