I am pretty sure that Alberta does not have a Commercial Tenancy Act, so your remedy would be either whatever was contained in the lease and/or small claims court (claims up to $50,000, subject to some restrictions).

 

If he wrote you a hot check have him arrested

 

^If he's caught by the wrong people they might not turn him over to the police.

Well look what popped up beside me but it's not Crazy Horse Trucking, but Crazy Horse Transport. I've also seen complaints on this forum for Crazy Horse Oilfield and Crazy Horse Express so I'm assuming it's all one in the same.....
