Schneiders mistreatment to their employees

Oh, I get it. You're some kind of special.

 

I'm not even going to begin to slam the op because all of those who know me on TTR know my story. However I'll throw this out there. *Clears throat.* Since when in the bluest if blue hells (get it?) have recruiters in trucking told the ####ing truth? I tried getting on with Schneider too but due to DAC I could not. For Regional they do tout being home after five days. Did the recruiter say "home after five days? 34 hour reset at the house"? Three words. Your recruiter LIED. When are more going to realize that just because they say it, doesn't mean it'll happen. I've had to ##### at times when they forgot. But I made my money anyway. This way when I DID get home, I paid bills and had extra cash for fun. Just my 2 cents.

 

Sounds like a normal trucking company

 

Lot of folks come into this business and literally expect everything to be easy and to work part-time and have full-time wages... I personally think this industry needs some trimming and a lot of drivers need to be eliminated from this business because they have no business in this industry... Everything from the truck stop speeding to the nasty trash throwing in the parking lots to the whiny cry babies this industry needs a makeover

 

i dont know , i worked for schneider for a bit a few years back and had no issues. they put me on a account for little ceasers pizza out in fife , washington and that was way more work than it was worth. not to mention the miles and freight got more and more and the pay stayed the same. i will say i had no complaints about the company though. they did what they said and the pay was on time every time. some guys i think have no idea what they are getting into with trucking. it aint a 9 to 5 home every night gig.
