    You should be allowed 46k on all tandems, 23k on all single axles (including the front), and 60k on tridems.

    They don't list a quad setup so I don't know what they do there. I know some people that are running a quad trailer but I don't know what they are allowing on them. I think they used to let them go 80k on some routes but I don't know with the new law.

    There is no distinction in the new regs on trucks operating in state and just passing through.

    Not too long ago, the commissioner would sometimes approve, on a case by case basis, 30k plus per axle. Now, I'm told by people that have tried, they will not budge on over 23K per axle. They will pretty much permit you for any weight imaginable if you have the axles to stay at 23k per axle, it still requires special permission from the commissioner though. They will also allow dual lane on a case by case basis.

    @Heavy Hammer

    You know how you get around that IA issue with a west cost trailer?

    Go to 10 axle setup, hmmm where would you find a 10 axle???

    Maybe parked in a yard in Phoenix til Sunday

    I've got a older 3 axle lowboy that came with a flip. Never have used the flip though.

    Yeah Yeah I can run my quad just about anywhere I think. Just can't gross more then 80K, unless I'm out west where I run now.

    But the real question is; "Do I get the revenue from the load currently sitting on it?"
    I am empty, currently with no load on my wagon at the moment. Lol

    Btw, dropped two new injectors in the truck today, just have to run the overhead adjustment in the morning when my torque wrench shows up, you comin up?
    I wish I would have gone to Phoenix instead to do this, that was pretty dumb on my part...
