You can trust me are words used by every crook in the world. Why do you want to hold money for maintenance on my truck?

Hurst, Pnwtrucker and bowhunter67 Thank this.

RFT, I'd quit before you start, everyone is playing surprisingly nice so far, what Hurst is getting at is pre 99 trucks don't need to run ELD, as the don't have the required diagnostic feed from the ECM.

At 34% you are trying to put lipstick on a pig. There is companies offering drivers close to that percentage as a wage on W2 driving a company owned truck...

I wonder what % he would hold back for a maintenance fund off of the 34%.

    Pnwtrucker and Hurst Thank this.

I have talked with lease purchase operators that tell me grossing $1100 - $2000 a week is great money. I never give my opinion for fear of hurting their feelings.

In all honestly,.. I made that as a company driver with out the expenses or stress involved as an O/O. Good money to me is grossing $7500+ a week driving less than 2500mi a week. That makes me happy. Can you provide that?

I take into account for everything. I know the total fuel your truck holds, The MPG of your truck, the per mileage you need to run and manage your vehicle. I feel you gentleman miss understand and doubt my knowledge in this industry. I'm no fool. I'm not going to sit here and prove myself. Either you're interested or not. Also, i don't lock anyone in if you don't like what we are doing then shift gears. I haven't slapped anyone in the face. You're just stuck in your old ways. like I said I'm here for advice. Nothing I'm doing is set in stone.

There are way too many variables to be micro managed the way you want to do it thats why I said you should just hire drivers.

    Hurst and Pnwtrucker Thank this.
