If it's the relay I'm thinking of, follow you airline from the fan hub up to the firewall. Should be mounted there with 2 bolts. It'll have an electric wire and air line to it.

That's the solenoid I'm thinking of.

Yeah, I was looking for the under dash electric relay. I found it, on the right side of the under dash crossmember, behind the instrumentation, buried under a wad of oem and aftermarket wires, zipties, and I think I even found an old pack of Winstons I had to move out of the way!
I replaced it, and it still didn't solve my problem. (engine fan will not shut off)
Any ideas would be helpful. No codes, and I have already checked the obvious...i.e., oil/coolant/and intake temperature sensors, high pressure A/C switch, I have read all posts on this forum related to this, and I am pulling my hair out at this point.

Most likely the solenoid mentioned above.

This may sound stupid, but do you have an air engage or air disengage fan. Can you spin the fan when the engine is off or no? If the fan spins when the engine is off you have an air engage. If not it is air disengage. So if air disengage, your solenoid could be stuck and now allow air to get to hub to disengage it or your hub may be bad and leaking off air not allowing it to have enough psi to disengage the fan. Just a thought. I'm probably wrong, but easy enough to check that. Also the solenoid is pretty cheap, or at least mine was.

Could have a short to power in the feed to the fan solenoid as well, keeping it engaged. If you have a manual fan switch I'd check that as well.
