As far as larger, more reputable outfits, TMC comes to mind, and I think there are a few other larger flatbed outfits that offer percentage wages. Plenty of smaller trucking outfits do too if you want to take your chances with them. Do some research on this website

I know Sharkey offers % or mileage pay, mainly see them running vans though. Talked to a driver a few years ago that said he made a killing running short hauls around PA.
