Uniform Yes. They have a lollipop emblem on them which stands for "Sucker!"

    But seriously. No. No uniform
No specific dress unless your flat bedding than add steel toe boots I think......Van - wear anything you like within reason. E.g. No flip flops

Pros and Cons...Well it's a Mega starter company...so Cons will outnumber Pros...Just Remember you're starting at the Bottom as an unproven worker/driver ...Acquiring your CDL does not give one a sense of entitlement like a lot of people nowadays think it does.

Pros: nothing stands out as mentionable

Cons: you will be driving an under powered truck that governed at 63 mph with driver facing cams and a bunch of safety devices Beeping or buzzing at you so often that you can't even enjoy the radio...

Funny, you are pretty spot on with the cons! Lol no driver facing cameras unless you become a problem, but they are installing lane departure devices in the new trucks a bit annoying

Roehl is a great place to start and to learn. They take care of their drivers well and seemed to treat them with respect. Yes, the trucks are a bit slow....Roehl does stand for Rolls Over Every Hill Last.....but keep after it and you will be well trained and making decent money after a while.
