Why wouldn't he just left it wherever he usally left it .dosent make since to leave it there unless he was trying to hide it and didn't realize that they can put a gps tracker on a trailer
-
Could be any number of reasons. Maybe he just didn't have another place to leave it.
SingingWolf Thanks this. -
Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda. If the poster intended to turn the trailer back to the finance company, he should have contacted them when the trailer was empty and asked them where they wanted him to leave the trailer for them to pick up. And have gotten a signed release from the drop point as to the condition of the trailer at that time.
ramblingman, Loose Leaf, Oxbow and 2 others Thank this. -
Well i don't know he said he bought it in 04 he hasn't found anywhere to park it in two years.besides if I was giving the trailer up should just brought it back to where they wanted itLoose Leaf Thanks this.

Op, what part of "public forum"do you not get? Maybe your comprehension skills are remiss as well. You're going to get on a "public forum" announcing how you've done several things wrong, as pointed out by yourself and several other people, and then get butthurt and insult people when you don't get the E-Hugs you expected. I'll apologize for my statement, implying you were in cahoots with the crooked broker. I am sorry for that. But you didn't pay your agreed upon contract. And then you were negligent in the way you returned the trailer to the finance company. So yes, you are part of the problem with why financing can be hard to get, and expensive at that. I wish you luck and a good outcome to this difficult situation.

Why didn't he just ask the finance company where
THEY wanted him to drop it.
None of this would have been a issue.Loose Leaf and MrEd Thank this. -
I humbly disagree. He had a contract. I'm sure that contract didn't include a "if you decide not to pay, per our agreement, just abandon the asset where ever" clause.Ruthless, Western flyer and Loose Leaf Thank this.
