In the shipping office:
"Yeah man, I was wondering if you got me loaded yet?"
5 minutes later:
"Just checking to see if you got me loaded yet?"
3 minutes after that:
"Hey, sorry to bother you. I thought I'd pop in and see if you had me loaded yet?

Be happy they don't call you looking for business. The stories my customers tell me. Think the most aggressive telemarketers you've ever dealt with x4.

Or when you call them about a load:
"Hey i'm calling about this Joliet,il to Dallas,tx load?
Yeea,it's actually coming out Kenosha,wi going to Temple,tx"V c2c, noluck, Skate-Board and 6 others Thank this. -
wonder if they ever hired any former driver?

Is that the TQL orientation?BoyWander Thanks this.

This a very accurate portrayal lol.
I only pulled three loads from them, all paid me well, but the hourly phone calls are too much.Sdtransportllc and lilillill Thank this. -
I hauled two loads for them last year. I just don't care for the way they do business. I want the pickup and delivery information on the rate confirmation, not an hour before pickup time.
noluck, Sdtransportllc and lilillill Thank this. -
Haha this made me laugh . So tql -
The first company I ever worked for as a broker was started by ex TQL people and they taught this in training. The idea is to hide who your customers are from competitors and generate maximum inbound call volume. There are a lot of other little things they do, some of which I do, and some of which I don't to manipulate the load boards.
