    I started with Danny Herman a little over a month ago. I put in the appropriate macro for hometime to start on 2/13/17 in El Paso, TX. I'm on a load going to Findlay, OH that delivers on 2/15/17. It's a high value load so no T-Call. My DM attempted to find a swap but apparently failed. So, no hometime. Is this an anomaly or can I expect this kind of problem getting hometime on a regular basis? Everyone says this is a great company but not being able to get hometime would not qualify this as a great company.

    Should have told them you could not take the load, that it interfered with your hometime.

    Only Texas terminals I know of is Laredo, El Paso and a drop yard in Hutchins.

    That's happened to me not the norm, El paso should be easy to get hometime for so I wouldn't expect it to be the norm. How much advance notice did you give them.
