    It's easy. Just put in the trailer number you are picking up in the qc, if it comes back that you can't pick it up due to location, call your dbl/ica and have them manually assign it. I do it all the time.

    If on workflo there ain't no task that shows "pick up empty" at an OC they won't let you out.
    Multiple times I was told over the phone or in message to go to OC to pick up empty and I wasn't let out all because the stupid workflo didn't update.
