well, it still exists....... just not at sni.

 

An experienced driver can do that on some of the dedicated accounts and be home every day.

 

The main problem with Schneider is that they "loose" all the good accounts in due time.. They so greedy they can't keep a good account for no more than 2-3 years due to greed

 

Not all. They have had JC Penny for, I think over 20 years, and it's a great account.

The problem with new accounts is they put brand new rookies on them, they have a lot of service failures, then lose the account because of it.

Greed has little to do with it, at least on the accounts I have seen.

 

Maybe working 14 hours a day. I can do it in 8 at my current job.

That's the only way they could make any money on it.

 

Been there done that the Acct is ok nothing seriously to brag about, appt times are crappy, unload a full trailer for a miserable rate is crappy as well.. I will agree with you about the longevity which is solid.. I also agree with putting rookies on a good Acct and allowing them to screw it over.. But Schneider really will always be a starter company and once I got that through my head I was able to leave with no regrets, for the record I was never fired js

All depends of course but I could see 65-70k here this year if I continue my 2 week out 2 day home schedule. Of course that's not the 50 hour a week thing he's talking about but still. Not bad for otr
