Thought so on the coils, you can set up your own permits fairly easy as well in Ohio and Indiana online though the state websites. You'll need a special insurance form and the rest is just paperwork. We quit hauling steel couple years ago when the bottom fell out.

WI Annual covers anything you want that fits under the limits of the permit. Driver is responsible for verifying routes though to make sure there are no restrictions on clearance or weight limits.
All of our semis carry annuals for 112-134k depending on truck spec. Mine is 120k, 14'W, 16'H, and 100'L. This covers all of our trailers and allows us to run our stretch at max length.DDlighttruck, Dye Guardian and johndeere4020 Thank this. -
