You can use a tool box put on that trailer somewhere to accomodate all those tarps, angles and so on. Nice tarpwork. Maybe throw a few straps over it so the wind does not balloon it.

Edit, never mind, I see a series of lines attaching a nice row of hooks...

 

Yes it is. Works very well with the blankets - not so well if the surface is greasy - so I also use duct tape.
