    Any of y'all know what the most recent year of "hand guide" for OS/OW requirements is? I downloaded one that's from 2012 but some of the information does not match my recent permits. In particular im trying to find out every state that requires the driver find and print an additional provisions sheet. I want to get them all printed and then put them in a binder with the plastic document protectors so I can always have them instead of downloading them over and over.

    Going o/o is a very brave and adventurous move there are ups and downs what you want is more ups than downs and you'll be fine. I forget what the ratio is for people who start there own business failing it is quite high, having said that if you are good at organizing loads (you'll need lots of these to pay your bills) if you are able to collect all your money owed for all the trips you've made you should have no problems. once you've been driving for a few months you'll get some idea what you need to earn (miles driven per week) + (rate per mile) to make a profit/loss.
