I have question how it work if I have the CLP from NJ and the training is in Bensalem PA are they avalilable to take the truck to the road text in NJ?

You will probably get a PA license, using the school as your address, then transfer it to NJ. Don't quote me on that, but I believe that is how they did it for the out of state students at the Wi terminal.

Are they approve by DMV to do the road test? Or still have to go to DMV

The roehl instructors do not do the road test, for us we had a 3rd party tester come in to the terminal to administer the test. You do use their trucks though. But again, this was in Wisconsin, and five years ago. I don't really know anything about the Bensalem training facility so not sure how they do things over there. I'm just kind of assuming it's all the same. Maybe someone who has been through the Bensalem training can chime in here.
