LOL you forgot the speeding. Billy Jack thought he was speeding and pulled him over. Billy Jack says to hisself "Billy, check this guys logs and if it checks out cut him loose."

Well wouldn't you know today's log didn't check out. Neither did the week before. Now what we have here, is failure to communicate.

It may have been said already but the speed warning is worse than the 2 log violations and you can't fight the bogus warning

Because I've had one myself , and most companies won't even blink when they see you had a log violation , but they are going to growl about a speeding violation

Yes I was pulled over because I was doing 57 in a 55 is what I was told officer gave me a level 1 inspection on the off ramp clean inspection except he wrote speed warning in the comments section and it is now on my psp

 

They do that because they know there is nothing the driver or the company can do to fight it
