I don't think an employer would think 1 point is worse. And potential employers only matter if you're planning to quit.
Besides, I don't know how anyone can know what violation is worse because the OP has given no info.
1. He said he was doing 74 but never said what speed was the warning was for.
2. Also never said in what speed zone...55? 60? 65? 70?
3. And what were the log violations for.... General form and manner? Violation of the 11 hr rule is 7 points.
I would rather have a warning for 74 in a 70 (1 point) than a 11 hr violation (7 points) plus a previous 7 day violation (5 points).
