just take the break. Try and "program" yourself to take a break every 100/150 miles or so. Pretty easy if you run in the daytime, a quick thru and thru at a rest area. Shouldn't be more than about a 5 minute break if you're on Elogs, than slam the door and roll.

 

Holy ####, you probably get extra 2000 calories per day from that pop. How can people be so stupid.

 

I drink a lot of diet soda mostly diet coke.There's no cutting the bathroom brakes unless you cut back on the liquid or maybe drink slower.Make one liter of soda last all day.

 

Not diet soda.
