I used to see people that polished aluminum at every other truck stop. Now, I haven't see one in years.
Question 2. Does anyone sell a kit for do-it-your-selfers, including a buffer, polish and everything you need to do it yourself?
Thanks,
Gets

I think most TA's and Petro's have that stuff. Look in the Chrome shops they have it.
Good luck.Getsinyourblood Thanks this. -
Answer for number 2. Look up D.C. Supershine. They sell full kits plus have some videos on you tube. Wish I could tell you I have used them myself, but haven't.

Thanks. I go thru Joplin a lot. I'll check out their chrome shop. I never even thought of that.

Walmart and Amazon both sell the kits, they just attach to a drill.
Been a few years, but I used to get the tractor wheels and 1 tank polished before the battery was dead, about 40min.Getsinyourblood Thanks this. -

I always hear them advertising on the radio while passing the truckstops, you know "the polish man, take it up to 23". i like to mess with them. I can do different voices and ask if they can polish my nuts or shaft.
