Receive problem in a Cascadia

    Got a Stryker 497 in a 2017 cascadia been in there since November and never had a problem. But last week or so the receive is awful. You can hear road noise, power window noise etc. and seems the noise over powers people talking unless they are right close to me or have a high watt radio like mine. Wilson 5000 antenna with the cascadia mount and separate coax.
    Any suggestions on something I can try to fix it?

    Oh and i reached out the window yesterday and grabbed the antenna with my hand. It changes the noise tone, don't know if that happens anytime or not. Never done that or had the need to do that before. But I got to wondering if I ran a antenna ground maybe it would help. But why all of a sudden just having this problem

    Does some of the noise go away when you hit the brakes?

    Yeah well missed that somehow. Oh yeah I never sleep much that doesn't help .loved my 497 I had years ago.till somebody liked it better than me and stole it.
