There are people without a CDL who have their own authority. Don't know if you'll get insured to drive your own truck once you get em back. If so it will be expensive.
-
Have you driven before?
-
I have my own truck I drive local just haven't put my truck to work yet
TROOPER to TRUCKER Thanks this. -
I leased to a company for a while. The wife of the "owner", who didn't have a drivers license actually had the authority. The two items are not connected.
-
Do some soul searching and ask yourself if your going to take better care of your business than you did your CDL. Cause it not a cheap venture. I hate to see you lose it all because you do half ### ####. We've got enough of them guys!
-
You can still set it up, but driving your own truck may be an issue, depending on what you lost your license for may affect your rate if you plan on driving once it's reinstated
-
Not a problem with FMCSA. Insurance may be another issue.

For those who want to know the truth it's not for me it's for a family member who has to turn in their licenses for 30 days for a fail drug test I want to be honest with him and just tell him to let the state keep them drugs and trucking don't mix
