    Schneider's top pay, whatever it is now, stinks. It has lagged behind for some time now, and with them going public very soon, you can bet that won't change. IF it's just between those two, I'd pick USExpress.

    I'm leased on to Schneider, by the way. I've ceased recommending anyone go there as a company driver (van or bulk), and have serious reservations about pointing to them for an independent contractor.
