Broker and carrier are one in the same here.
Schneider says we get 65%
But Schneider by brokering to themselves can take 99% and leave us with 1% of the original freight linehaul revenue if they wanted to.
That's why we see the messed up things we've been seeing on the board.
In other words 65% is false advertising when in actuality ICs pay can vary anywhere between .0000001% to 65% of the LHL rate and Schneider keeping the rest through a slid of hands between multiple divisions of the same conpany.
Again we get paid whatever the MAN at Schneider decides for us, has little to nothing what the customer is paying.
It's one big SCAM!
What makes choice a percentage program?

and there are legions of threads and posts on TTR informing us of the same.......jus sayin
-
So sliding mileage instead of percentage?
-
it's like it always has been, bro.......here's the rate, take it or leave itTennMan and freightwipper Thank this.

Worst case, a judge might say to the IC, "no one forced you to stay with Schneider" , "if you weren't happy, you could have left at any time". That is probably why Schneider Finance allows the IC to take the truck to another carrier. That might be their legal loophole. Just a guess.

As already stated its still all Schneider money regardless of legal separation between SNI,SNL and SFI. They just can't keep it in the same pocket.
With the mistakes I've caught on the board it's easy to see SNL takes on the average 15% before SNI gets the load.
So it's really 50% of 100% not 65%.
With all the mistakes that are made by staff I would not be surprised if someone has pierced the corporate vale. Personally Im pretty confident that if a lawsuit was to happen and a investigation into financial dealings Schneider would be up that proverbial creek.
Schneider isn't a smart as every one thinks.TennMan Thanks this. -
If that is the case why does SNI administer your required maintenance account?
-
because it's dey stuff.....pay attention

Could it really be worse.....when times were good you guys (most of you anyways) knew this was going on. And you let it slide...... -
I agree we've let it go in the past.
I'm just counting the days until I turn in the truck........or the class action whichever comes 1st.
