Guess I'm also hoping drivers will see the actual dealings with the choice board and quit signing up for it.

They'll drive choice into the ground and then go back to a prime type l/p deal. They might offer you 2-3 loads and you basically just get to say no......

Man. While you guys where paying attention to ping pong and pizza parties I couldn't stop looking at all that attractive "cubicle meat". Sheesh. I had to watch it twice.
This could also be a sign that I spend way too much time in a truck and am no longer fit for the public. Idk

Logistics and SFI are in the building across the street. They are allowed into the CBC cafeteria though.

You were ever fit for the public?

I enjoy following you guys and your business'....it's always a fun read. That said, what FW is talking about being illegal with SNL brokering loads to SNI is the exact same thing going on at other carriers like TMC that pay percentage to company drivers....they get their piece of the pie well before it gets passed. I think if this was illegal several carriers wouldn't be following the exact same model. I don't necessarily feel it's morally right but who am I? I'll hang up and listen.

    I'm no lawyer, didn't say it's illegal.
However what I do feel is it's really a big scam and F-ED UP!

Very common deal. Illegal? I don't think so. Unethical? Most certainly.

Sad part is most all these carriers are out to screw the driver and keep as much as they can for themselves
