    Cowboy Travel Plaza in Orlando, OK. Exit 174 on I-35. Great BBQ for take out or sit in the restaurant with a full bar. Independent truck stop with all the amenities.

    Baker's BBQ - Caddo Mills, TX I30 exit 87 next to the Pilot is very good. The fried pies are great as well.

    Spicey Mikes in Amarillo tx is probably the best BBQ I've ever had and I am a junkie. Was just there and it didn't look real hard but looked like they probably have room for trucks. Cheap and big portions.
