    Look at this ad you would have to be a fool to work for them. $115 a day on top of that a 1099 job.

    commission pay is just wording for the tax man so when they come asking why its a 1099 job they can point and say they paid by commission. with Self-employed tax rate is %15.3 then add income tax which is another 4-5% then your adding your State taxes yikes.
