Well after three weeks of working on my new(used) truck I am going in a few hours to lease it on. The company will be James R Smith out of Cullman, Al. I will be hauling a dry box for them in the south!

Since this post is up top,,,,I will update it. I pulled a dry box for them for 3 weeks..... I made nothing for those three weeks. I sat more than I drove and there rates were terrible!

What do you fellas know about Robbie D Wood from the same area? I see them EVERYWHERE I go, and I go to the NE, Mid-West, down South, I mean everywhere. Mostly roll-off, sometimes double, sometimes single, also some box, but they do get around.

Well what I read on their website, it had a very interesting start up. Started with a 1949 Pick up when he was 12.

I'm a wannabe so I look at a carrier's safety record. I don't want to get all fired up and end up with a carrier whose drivers spend to much time talking to LEOs. I looked up James R Smith Trucking (I'm a native Alabamian, Alabaman (?)) because they're close to Mississippi, where I live now. I'm thinking they're gonna get a "not so nice" letter from FMCSA in July!Oakland Raiders Forever and jtrnr1951 Thank this.
