1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Carolina Cargo....what can I say! Still a rookie only been with them for about a month! Not bad so far! As we all know it's a second chance company. Sum of us have made mistakes in life and have to start from the bottom! Yes it's only 10cents a mile. U also get various bonuses. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time. But because of the unfortunate path I've chosen in my life I was always held back. So now that my mind is clear, I'm Running hard!! It doesn't pay all that well but I have to start somewhere. Something is better than nothing, and for a while I had nothing! I have a little boy who deserves a great father and an awesome future. I will bust my ###, gain the experience and all doors will open up for me! I always hear ppl complaing about this company! REALLY?!?!? You made ur bed now lay in it. Suk it up and make the best of it. So u put up with a little bull**** gain ur experience and move on! Yes there are hiccups. But u know what it's a job, if it's to hard to plan ur route or call brokers or wait for loads, than u shouldn't be in the industry anyway! Yes I've made bad decisions, I'm a felon! But I'm a grateful felon! The past is exactly that! Carolina Cargo has given me a chance when nobody else would. So for that one reason I will give them everything I got and run hard!!! And when the time comes I'll move on! So for anyone who doesn't have a great past there's a light at the end of the tunnel!! DRIVE SAFE PEOPLE :)

I'm sorry, but , 10cpm does not sound like second chance..... It sounds like "no chance". 6000 miles for $600 that's a lot of hard running.
