So I currently am a local driver for them. Not in that area though. We all have the same driver manager. Awesome awesome guy. Ad long as you do what needs to get done u won't hear from himbexcept every once in awhile.

I actually don't have ANY gripes or complaints. The "key" is open communication with your dispatcher/Driver Manager. If you have a concern, bring it to their attention. They can't fix it if they don't know its broken.
If you've been reading my posts, you'll see that I always stress a good relationship with your DM. That is vital. Its not the ONLY thing, but its very important.

 

I am considering returning too a lease here as well. I left because of my wife's health but she is riding with me full time now so I can take care of her and drive to keep the money coming in. I'm running a hopper bottom atm but the pay is low. I have the greatest boss anyone could ask for so I hate to leave here but we haven't had a place of our own since right after I left Frey. And something has to change. I would like a hose even if I don't see it but once every couple of months. You all should listen to sandman, he is telling you the truth. When I was there drivers on the east coast, far north and any place North if L.A. Had some varying degrees of problems getting home. Florida, Michigan, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana were the worst. I don't think they will even hire from those last four states any more.

 

Freymiller does not have automatic trans in any of their trucks. They're all 8 speed manuals..

 

You're misinformed. They DO have some trucks with auto transmissions. I've seen them with my own eyes.

 

You are absolutely correct. I apologize. I never knew, thought Don was dead set against them but then again never thought id see the day freymiller would buy freightliners..hope that was a one time deal

 

I will tell you straight just as it is! I have been with them for over 6 months now! I would recommend going to a larger company they have #### for freight and I don't give a #### attitude! Whatever er you do don't even think about leasing a truck from them they will screw you to no end! You can take it as truth or crap but Its 100% honesty!
