Need some advice

I have been actively online applying to different schools. Was turned down by Roehl, Jim Palmer so far. That is to be expected with a Robbery conviction. My search continues.

 

Thank you for the link. I am on unemployment now and am in contact with one stop career center to hopefully get the training I need. Another avenue that I have been pursing.

 

Thank you for your honest comments. So correct. My debt is indeed paid. The trust part is a long arduous road to go down as I have found out these last 8 years home. But I will continue to study for my CLP, get it and go to CDL school to obtain my CDL-A. Then the search for a company that will take me on.

 

Thanks for the encouragement. I will not give up or fail. Ever. I made it through prison for 11 years, I can make it through anything.

 

Thanks for the response. Yes, I have been researching the trucking industry online for about a year now. As well as going to a few truckstops and talking to drivers. A few even got me some coffee. Those guys were okay. I am going to DMV for my permit in about a month. Carolina Cargo is a second chance company from what I have read. But I have to have my CDL in hand to be considered. They are on the short list. Thanks again.

 

I have not applied to them as of yet. But I will. So far Roehl and Jim Palmer have turned me down. Which is okay. I expect that going in. But I will land somewhere.
