car straps

    where you guys usually buy them ?
    i need some for stinger type over the wheel straps
    i usually buy from autohaulersupply , but one of my drivers mentioned that orange straps last about year or less , the ones i had from previous owner he is still using now (over 2 years i own this truck) . also one of the tightening bars had a tiny crack where its angled and i asked the driver not to use it anymore to prevent injury . i talked to the guy at carhaulersupply and he was willing to replace it if i email him some pics , anyway i am pretty happy with their pricing and customer service , but looking to hear other people experience . don't mean to save $10 on the bar and has injury for my driver (i know most of these bars made in china , anyone can point where i can get us made one)

    We've been buying the diamond weave from them, they're only a couple dollars more than the orange, and we can get them in colors corresponding to length.

    I've noticed the same. The orange straps don't last very long.

    They are still there last I knew. Though kinda spendy on most things.

    The diamond weave mentioned above from autohaulersupply do last a lot longer. Not a fan of the ratchets they came with, but straps are good.

    They're not as stiff as the one's Cottrell puts on from the factory, but stiffer than most of the others. I'm tall enough it's not a big deal, but the shorter guys wish they were just a bit stiffer.
