    Yuck
Finding that in farm eggs isn't uncommon, especially if you keep the roosters with the hens

I thought they figured out that eggs were good for you and the cholesterol they contained was the good kind a long time ago. Doesn't matter. I will have my eggs!

    Let me check my logbook

I grew up with farm fresh eggs almost every day for breakfast, so I refuse to give up my eggs. My problem with the store bought ones are the shells crack just by looking at them and the yolks are so pale compared to the ones fresh from the farm.

Eggs are candled to check them for being bad, sounds like 1 was missed. You can buy eggs pre-broken and pasteurized and measure them to make an omelet or you can break each one into a separate bowl, checking each 1 before combining them. It doesn't hurt to give them a good sniff as well; blood isn't the only thing that makes eggs gross.

I also like eggs and omelets, but I cook them usually sunny side up, in a covered pan with carefully controlled heating.

I eat a dozen egg whites a day, and some of my freakishly built friends at the Gym eat 3 dozen or more a day.
The yoke is what is bad for, it high it cholesterol, fat and sodium, while egg whites are free of fat and high in protein.
Just three egg whites have 51 calories, 12 grams of muscle building protein and 0 carbs and 0 fat...
So yeah i will keep my eggs!!!

PS> in case you were wondering 3 whole eggs have 222 calories,18 grams of protein,1 carb and 15 grams of fat...

    Baack Thanks this.
