I'm surprised they nailed a rental truck at the scales . Too few of these trucks get checked . Depending on the size of the truck they could have blown past the scales and never been checked .
-
Interesting.. makes you wounder how much this happens without ever being caught..
-
I was wondering that one my self..... -
Thats just gross as far as im concerned, delivering food thats to be in a refer and isnt,, hope the driver or drivers went to jail,,
-
Care to name a charge? -
The crime would be if the company accepted the food at delivery..
-
I understand that, but what charge to the driver's that he wants them in jail? -
Failure to have doughnuts.Thats jail time right there.
LTLTrukrWife, Hilltop, Big Duker and 2 others Thank this. -
I don't think they could unless it was rotten/spoiled... Then they may be able to get them on some health issue or something.. I am with ya, not much they could charge them with...
